Artistic biography

He is just an ordinary boy who love to play and curious just about everything he sees, hears, and touches. At the age of four, he demonstrated perfect pitch and fascination with the piano.

Nathan has won many awards in various piano competitions locally and internationally. He won various top prizes including the Western Australia Pianists Competition, South Suburban Music Society, North of Perth Music Festival and WA Performing Arts Eisteddfods. He also won first place in the Under 8 Piano Solo 2011 (the largest Eisteddfod in Western Australia with over six thousand participants).

In 2011, Nathan won Gold medal in the AADGT Passion of Music International Music competition in New York (USA) and was invited to perform in Carnegie Hall, New York.

Other than music, Nathan also excel in his math, as a result he won 1st out of 71 kids of his age at Kumon math, twice within 3 months (Australia & New Zealand) when he was just only 4yo. He was featured in TheWest and 7 News and many other media and newspapers.

In January 2012, Nathan has won gold medals of the AADGT Passion of Music International Music (USA) for the second time (2011, 2012) consecutively.

* The words from his teacher, Lee: "Nathan is gifted in music and shows interest and love for his piano studies. I believe that Nathan will excel in his piano studies as he is very disciplined in his piano practice and shows musical maturity at such a young age."

* Competition's judges (USA) 2012, said for Nathan Rinaldy, 6yo: "Your musical skill is impressive and your performance demonstrates a high level of accomplishment."

* Other than music, Nathan also excel in his math, as a result he won 1st out of 71 kids of his age at Kumon math, twice within 3 months (Australia & New Zealand) when he was just only 4yo.

In June, 2012, Nathan received schoolarship in Temple Music Preparatory, USA for his flute study.

In November 2012, Nathan passed his Keystone Boy's Choir as Concert Choir in United States. He's the youngest in their history to have 7 year old boy joining and passing, where it usually for student age between 11-13 year old. He just loves singing.

Now, he is currently studying with Britta Bauer from Universitat of Mozarteum, Salzburg, Austria.
