Eligibility

Your entitlement to entering the competition free of charge depends on your citizenship and the place of your permanent residence. You can apply free of charge only if you are both citizen and permanent resident of one of the least developed countries (according to the United Nations) listed here.

Explanatory Notes
- You are eligible to apply free of charge if you are national of a country included in the list and your permanent residence is in a country included in the list.

- You are not eligible to apply free of charge if you are national of a country included in the list but your permanent residence is in a country not included in the list.

Understand permanent resident status
A permanent resident is someone who has been given permanent resident status by a country's authorities, but is not a citizen of that country.

If you are eligible to apply free of charge, when you complete the online Application Form, please write "Free of Charge"  in the field named "PayPal Transaction ID".
