Julian Haylock
He writes for a wide variety of publications, including The Amati Magazine, BBC Music & International Record Review, and has produced a number of recordings, including the piano concertos of Alexander Tcherepnin. He is a former editor of CD Review and International Piano magazines, reviews editor of CD Classics, the author of biographies on Mahler, Rachmaninov and Puccini, and co-author of the Haylock & Waugh pocket guides to Classical Music on CD & Opera on CD.
