The South Texas Trombone Sound (STTS) is comprised of the best trombonists from the
award winning Texas A&M University-Kingsville Choir. The STTS has been recognized as one of the top trombone ensembles in the world by The International Trombone Association. The STTS most note worthy performances were at the 2010 and 2014 American Trombone Festival in Fort Myer, VA and at the 2015 International Trombone Festival in Valencia, Spain. Various members of the STTS have been awarded or named finalists in national and international solo competitions.
