Ryan Tully | 3rd Prize | Violin 2017 | ENKOR Int'l Music Competition


Ryan Tully is in 7th grade at Tenafly Middle School. He began playing the violin in 2nd grade and is currently in the studio of Elizabeth Faidley. Ryan has performed in numerous recitals at Manhattan School of Music, Merkin Hall, and Carnegie Hall. Ryan is a 1st Place winner of Young Maestro Competition, East Coast International Competition, Rondo Vanguard Competition 1st place winner of National Artists Competition. Most recently Ryan was a 3rd place winner of the New York chamber players Concerto Comp .Ryan has performed in masterclasses for Ray Chen, Charlie Siem, David Chan and Vadim Gluzman. He is in two chamber ensembles -- a string quartet recently accepted into the prestigious Lincoln Center Young Ensembles Program and a violin quintet,"Violin Virtuosi!". This spring, Ryan performed at the Bruno Walter Auditorium in Lincoln Center as well as with the Washington Heights Chamber Orchestra as a soloist. When not practicing, Ryan loves spending time outside -- camping, hiking and kayaking.
