Sophia Motai is a 16-year old violinist from Tenafly, NJ. Sophia studies at Tenafly High School and the Manhattan School of Music where she is in the studio of pedagogue Elizabeth Faidley. During the 2016-2017 academic year, Sophia performed in masterclasses with Ray Chen and Vadim Gluzman, and was featured as a soloist with the Washington Heights Chamber Orchestra. She was also chosen to participate in the 2017 "Music for All" National Festival in Indiana.
