Alexa believes in the healing power of music. She is the founder of AKapella, an organization that aims to uplift and empower through music. AKapella organizes visits to hospitals and shelters, where volunteers sing to people with illness and those who have suffered trauma in their lives.
Alexa provides voice lessons that serve as an enrichment program to girls living in shelters. She leads the girls in concerts and events, so they can showcase their musical talents.
Alexa has been singing for 12 years and continues to develop her own style and vocal strength. She sings in five languages and has performed for many school events, plays, and concerts both as a solo artist and with her band.
