They will be playing at the Carnegie Hall in spring 2020. The group also won the Third Prize in the junior category of the Art of Chamber Music division in the 2019 Great Composers Competition Series. Individual members of the group have received many other awards and honors, including Third Place in the American Protégé International Music Talent Competition; Third place in the American Protégé International Piano and Strings Competition; Third place in the Great Composer Best Bach Performance Competition; and various all-county and all-state orchestra placements. All members have also participated in the Maryland Classic Youth Orchestra and/or Potomac Valley Youth Orchestra, some as principal cellists. They also routinely perform in charity concerts, at senior centers and hospitals, and are happy to give back to the community using their talents.
