Sahil is a high-school at Crystal Springs Uplands High School. He has given solo performances at the Open Mic Guitar Society in San Jose and in San Francisco, and also at the South Bay Guitar Society GuitarFest. He has received the National Gold Medal in the Royal Conservatory level 3 exam 3 years ago and got First Class Honors in the Level 7 exam. He recently won various awards in the Music of the Centuries Competitions and won first prize in the American Protege Romantic Music Competition. Sahil is also an avid tennis player, and plays varsity singles for his school's tennis team.
