Tianran Cheng began to study cello at the age of 6 under the guidance of Yao Ni (Faculty of New England Conservatory). She recevied first prize in 2019 “China Youth Star”National Youth Arts Festival, 2019 “The Yangtze River Delta”Youth Cello Competition, 2019 “Hummingbird Music Awards”China Youth Music Competition, 2018 & 2019 Shanghai Minhang District Studnents Arts Competition, 2017 Shanghai Youth Cello Competition and 2017 Aiqin Cup International Cello Competition.
