Mehana Ellis | 3rd Prize | Piano | 8th Edition | ENKOR Int'l Music Competition

I’m a homeschooled 10th grader studying piano with Annamarie McCarthy at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. I’ve been a student for five years in the Pre-College program at SFCM, where I have been a tutor for musicianship. I am also very passionate about math! I enjoy researching mathematics and practicing piano in my free time.

I have received numerous awards among competitions such as the Junior Bach Festival, US New Star Competitions, Fundacja Life and Art International Music Competition, American Protege, and the Great Composers International Music Competitions, such as Artist of the Year, Rising Talents of the Americas, and various others. I recently won the American Protege International Music Talent Competition and will perform Chopin Étude Op. 10 No. 4 in Carnegie’s Weill Hall in October 2021.
