Cody Conley | 2nd Prize | Violin | 9th Edition | ENKOR Int'l Music Competition

 


Cody Conley is a 15 year old violinist and honor student in Woodland Hills School District.   He has been fortunate to study violin with Mark Huggins and currently with Charles Stegeman and Benjamin Beilman.  Cody has also taken part in several summer camps and virtual programs during the COVID pandemic.  These programs include Indiana University Jacobs School Summer String Academy, Curtis Institute Mentor Network, and the Shlomo Mintz Academy. 

 In 2021, Cody won the Pittsburgh Concert Society Young Artist Audition.  He has also received honors and prizes from international competitions, including the American Young Classical Musician, LISMA International Music Competition, Haselmere String Competition, and Music International Grand Prix.  

A committed recitalist and chamber musician, Cody has performed solo recitals in southern California and chamber programs as a participant in the YC2 chamber program.  Throughout his musical studies, Cody has been especially honored to perform as a soloist at Pittsburgh churches, senior living residences, and community events.
