William Liu | 3rd Prize | Violin | 9th Edition | ENKOR Int'l Music Competition

 


William Liu, 15 years old, began playing the violin at the age of six and currently studies with Linda Rose. He won second prize in the 2022 ASTA-LA Bowed Strings Solo Competition Finals, and currently serves as concertmaster of the Harvard Westlake Middle School Symphony. He has been participating in chamber music for the majority of his time as a player. William enjoys listening to classical music and is inspired by Hilary Hahn and Itzhak Perlman, among many other greats. In his free time, William enjoys watching the NBA.
