Download and Upload Instructions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DOWNLOAD/UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS 
CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MAY RESULT IN YOUR DISQUALIFICATION WITHOUT NOTICE.

Download
  1. Download the relevant Application Form
  2. Fill out the Application Form in English language. Do not use ALL CAPS.
  3. Save and rename the file according the instructions within the Application Form. Do not convert the applicaton form in other file formats.
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader/Adobe Acrobat installed in order to fill out the Application Form.

Video Upload
  • Video file/s name: Your Name (First and Last Name for individuals or Ensemble Name for Chamber Music) - Composer's Name - Piece Name; Do not use ALL CAPS
  • If you are uploading only one video and there is more than one piece in the video, name the video file only with your name as shown above.
  • Make sure that you’re using one of the following formats: .mp4, .mpg, .m4v, .mov, .mod, .ogv, .qt, .vob, .wmv. If you're using a file format that's not listed above, please contact us before uploading.
  • Video recordings (audio not acceptable) must be genuinely performed by applicants and may not be edited, nor should any effects be added. To ensure that poor recording quality does not interfere with jury’s ability to review the material, avoid distortion and ensure that accompaniment is not louder than the applicant (where applicable). You will not be penalized for the quality of your video, although it is important that it is good enough to see and hear you clearly.

Portrait Photo Upload
  • We accept JPEG, GIF, and PNG files. Photos can be up to 300 KB. We DO NOT accept BMP or TIFF files.
  • Image file name: Your Name (First and Last Name for individuals or Ensemble Name for Chamber Music); Do not use ALL CAPS
  • Do not submit more than 1 photo.

EXAMPLE FOR WRONG FILE NAMES
File names such as "large.m4v" or "Manuel de Falla.wmv" can't be associated to any particular performer.
