Caroline Zhu | 3rd Prize | Violin 2017 | ENKOR Int'l Music Competition


Caroline Zhu was born in Cary, North Carolina in 2002. She is a 15 year old freshman at Enloe High School in Raleigh, North Carolina. Caroline began studying violin at the age of 5 with her teacher, Mary Page Block. Since she was 8, she has been playing in orchestras and honor recitals at the Triangle Philharmonic Association every year. She is a third time finalist of the Peter Perret Youth Talent Search and received second place for the 2014 Junior Division. In 2017, she was a Second Place Winner at the American Protégé Competition.
