Joanna Maja Jasnowska, born in 2008. She begun her piano lessons at the age of five in the class of Marzena Jasińska. Presently she is in 3rd grade at the 1st Level General State Music School of Emil Młynarski in Warsaw.
Joanna played her first concert with an orchestra in the Spring of 2015 at the Concert Studio of the Polish Radio in Warsaw. In December 2015 (at the age of 7) she had a debut as a soloist in a concert with the Philharmonic Orchestra in Koszalin. In April 2016 she performed in Lviv Philharmonic playing piano concert accompanied by the Inso Lemberg Symphony Orchestra.
Joanna is a laureate of many piano competitions, among others:
- International Piano Competition „Musical Confrontations of the Young” - Koszalin, May 2015, Grand Prix, 1st Place, main prize - solo performance with the Koszalin Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra, award for the youngest participant of the Competition
- 3rd Baroque Music Competition - Ostroleka, 05.2015 (national competition - 1st prize)
- 3rd International Piano Competition ENKOR - USA, August 2016 (1st Prize)
- 1st International Piano Competition ‚Feurich Virtuoz” - Lviv (Ukraine), October 2016, 1st Prize, Special Prize - invitation to the finale of the 2nd International Feurich Piano Competition in Vienna, Diploma for the best performance of a Polish composer
- 14th Children's Duet Competition ""Duettino"" - Warsaw, 12.2016 (First Degree Prize)
- 8th International Competition „Young Virtuoso” - Sanok February 2017 - Golden Virtuoso Diploma, Tatiana Szebanowa diploma for special Chopin predispositions, diploma for outstanding performance of Chopin's work
- 12th International Piano Forum „Beszczady without boarders” - Sanok, February 2017 (A prize for the best performance of the piano concert with an orchestra)
