David started learning piano when he was 6 and began to go competition in 2017. David won the Westminster Conservatory Scholarship Competition in 2017. In 2017, he won the International Music and Arts Competition, receiving a Gold prize for his playing. He got Honors at the NJMTA Spring recital auditions in 2017. In 2018, David received High Honors for his playing at the NJMTA Spring recital auditions. Later that year, he got 1st place in the NJMTA Young Musicians Competition. In 2019, David got 1st place in the the International Great Composers Competition in the Best Bach category. He also won the Westminster Conservatory Scholarship Competition this year as well as receiving a High Honors rating at the NJMTA Spring recital auditions.
