The Exit 51 Quartet is the premier Auburn University saxophone quartet, comprised of students of all majors throughout the university. The ensemble is selected through an audition and interview with the faculty coach, Dr. Michael Pendowski. Exit 51 regularly performs throughout the state of Alabama at various events. The group also regularly participates in competitions throughout the country and has most recently participated in the North American Saxophone Alliance Regional Finals in March 2019.
