KeeSeok Lee is 17 years old and currently a junior at The Bromfield School. He is a recipient of the merit scholarship and member of the Handel and Haydn Society’s High School Soloists Program. Studying under the tutelage of Deborah Williams, Interim Voice Chair of the NEC Preparatory School, and Baritone Junhan Choi, KeeSeok actively pursues musical opportunities in his community.
He was a finalist in the 2019 Schmidt Vocal Competition and in the NATS Boston 2020 Competition, he placed 2nd in the Upper High School Classical Division. In addition to solo performances, he was accepted into the Massachusetts All-State Choir consecutively in 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 and performed in Boston’s Symphony Hall. In 2019, he was also accepted into the NAfME All-National Mixed Choir and performed in Orlando, Florida.
Finally, he is an active member of the Handel and Haydn Society’s Youth Choruses and sings in both the Chamber Choir as well as the Chorus of Tenors and Basses.
