Danlin Yu was born in June 2005, she began studying cello at the age of six. In September 2014, she was admitted to the fourth grade of the Central Conservatory of Music with excellent results, under ZhuM u,professor of cello at the Central Conservatory of Music. In 2016 entered the Central Conservatory of Music secondary school to continue to study cello.
From 2015 to 2017, the Poly WeDo Chamber Orchestra, under the umbrella of China Poly Culture Group, led by the Chinese musicians Association's viola director and the viola professor of the Central Conservatory of Music, served as the chief cello director, and performed with leading musicians in the Beijing Poly Theatre, Zhongshan Music Hall, Qingdao Poly Theatre, Suzhou Kunshan Grand Theater and Wuxi Concert Hall.

August 2017 participated in the seventh ""Aegean Cup"" and the second international cello competition, won the first place in the replay group.

During his study in the attached Middle School, Yu Danlin also participated in the Civil Orchestra of the affiliated Middle School of the Central Conservatory of Music, and in May 2019 participated in the recording of the CCTV CCTV music channel Music and Youth.
Yu Danlin also participated in Qin Liwei, Tian Bonian, Martti Rousi、Marcus、Igor Gavrysh and other foreign masters of expert classes, benefited a lot.
In the Spring Festival of 2019, Professor NaMula attended the Spring Festival Regiment of the State Council in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
