My name is Jason Lee and I am currently 15 years old and a sophomore attending Wootton High School. I have been playing the oboe for about 7 years now. While music
takes a lot of time in my life, so does taekwondo. I am a current USA national team member and have had the opportunity to travel both inside and outside of the US such as Canada. Although sports are a big part of my life, this pandemic has made me realize that my sport life could be striped away very quickly. Therefore I started taking music more seriously. Music has offered me a way to find comfort in my own home while keeping myself occupied. Although I do miss being able to go outside and socialize, I am thankful that the pandemic has made me grow closer to my music side.
