Sean Sun (16) 11th grader at Palo Alto High School. He has been studying with Hang Li at the Pre-College division of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He has won 1st place US International Open Music Competition, the first place for International Music Competition Best Haydn Performance, Best Chopin Performance and Best Beethoven Performance in the Great Composer Competition series, and the 3rd place for US Open Music Competition Showcase for Piano Concerto. He also received Honorable Mentioned award in the 23rd San Francisco Chopin Competition for Young Pianists. Aside from piano, Sean enjoys programming, reading, animation and badminton.
