Youran Wang has attended piano lessons for two years and participated in more than ten international and domestic competitions, all of which have achieved outstanding results. Her teacher is Ms. Yan Ren. Currently she is preparing for the Royal Academy ARSM and London Trinity ATCL professional performance repertoire. She has received trumpet training since 2022, and has joined the Beijing Jinfan Orchestra to perform. Since learning ballet at the age of 5, she has participated in school dance performances for more than three years. (Jinfan Orchestra: Beijing Jinfan Art Troupe, established in the spring of 1986, is the first high-level, large-scale, and systematic student group that appeared on domestic campuses art groups.)
Highlights of her competition achievements in piano include Second Prize in Melbourne International Music Competition 2023, First Prize in Central Conservatory of Music Central Music Performance 2023, First Prize in the final of the 10th Beijing - Zhuhai Cup Piano Competition 2023, First Prize in 2022 Macao Piano Competition, First Prize in Melbourne International Music Competition 2022, First Prize in the 6th Huabiao International Piano Open Competition 2022, etc.
Youran is also an excellent young trumpetist. She participated in Beijing Trumpet Music Week and Beijing Xicheng District Music Festival as a member of Jinfan Orchestra.
