Claire Shih began learning piano at the age of 5 and is currently studying music at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music pre-college program emphasizing piano.
Claire has won many international music competition awards such as WPTA Finland International Piano Competition, Pacific International Piano Competition, Glory Int’l Piano Competition and Canadian International Music Competition.
She was invited by the Junior Bach Festival Association to perform at BACH IN THE SUBWAYS. Claire was a winner at the Elite International Music Competition. As a winner, Shih performed at Carnegie Hall in Year 2023 and 2024. She is currently studying piano with Dr. Chia Lin Yang.
Claire enjoys playing piano very much, besides piano, Claire loves to swim, bike and run.
