Vivian was awarded the 1st places in violin at the 2015 American Protégé International Concerto Competition Intermediate Category in March. Gala concert is in November at the Carnegie Hall.
Vivian was placed the 2nd place in the 2015 American Protégé International Piano & Strings Competition Violin Intermediate Category in February.
In 2014, Vivian has accomplished of winning:
The 2nd place in violin at the 9th Toronto Sinfonietta Concerto Competition in December, and performed both instruments at the gala concert on the evening of February 21st 2015.
She also placed the 2nd in violin and the 3rd in piano at the Canadian Music Competition in Quebec City in June.
Locally, Vivian won the best young violinist competition in NB, and was featured in NB Symphony’s Bravo Series performance as the soloist in February 2014.
As a violinist, she has been playing with the Symphony New Brunswick since 2012 at 12 years old. She Vivian is also a member of AFM and a registered RCM teacher.
