Grace Li is 16 years old, and has been playing piano since she was five years old studying under Ms.Ping-Hsu first. She then switched to Dr.Yun at 12 years old. In fourth grade, she won 2nd Alternate at the Georgia Music Teachers Association state piano competition of Georgia. In fifth grade, she won Outstanding Performance at the same piano competition. In ninth and tenth grade, she received Honorable Mention for the same piano competition. In ninth and tenth grade, Grace also competed in another state piano competition organized by Georgia Music Educators Association in which she won Honorable Mention both years as well. She was also rated Superior by Cobb County Music Teacher's Association piano festival in ninth and tenth grade.
