Vladimir Tsiper is an 11-year-old violinist and sixth-grade student at the Blake School in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. He is a student of Lucinda Marvin. Vladimir also studies composition with Sarah Miller and piano with Irina Elkina.

Vladimir is a member of the Minnesota Youth Symphony Orchestra and participated in Sartoti Quartet Camp, Encore Orchestra Camp, and completed Level 10 of Crescendo for Strings program at MacPhail Center for Music. Vladimir also plays trumpet in his school band.
In 2017, Vladimir was a Mary West Solo Competition winner, a Minnesota Music Teachers Association (MMTA) Composition Competition winner, Minnesota State Fair Talent Contest finalist, and the Upper Midwest Music Festival winner. He received a Third Prize at the 2018 international eMuse Competition. Finally, Vladimir is a four-times winner of the MMTA Piano Contest.

Aside from music Vladimir enjoys downhill skiing, climbing, theater, and baking. He likes traveling, particularly visiting the tallest building in the world.
