The SIA Ensemble consists of three juniors from Irvington High School in Fremont, CA. They are all music lovers and made their connections through school orchestra and music theory class. This is their first ensemble year but they've already made several debut in local communities and school benefit concerts.

Irene Geng discovered her interest for piano and music when she was in kindergarten, and has been actively studying piano under Ms. Rozina Tenenbaum. She received 3rd prize in Enkor competition last year in piano. She also achieved the Panel Honors Award from MTAC ‘s (Music Teacher’s Association of California) Certificate of Merit last year.

Sophia Shih has been studying violin for over 12 years and has been serving as concert master in various orchestra, to name a few Golden State Youth Orchestra and Irvington High School Orchestra. She's been selected to perform in California All State Honor Orchestra several times.

Allison Liu started her music journey as a pianist and discovered her interest in cello when she was in forth grade. She was under the guidance of cello prodigy Irene Sharp for more than 5 years and is now studying under Ji-hee Kim who was the faulty member of Northwestern University and teaching assistant of Hans Jorgen Jensen. Allison has been selected to perform in CODA Orchestra (California Orchestra Directors Association) and Mahler at Pacific.
