Ethan Lin | 3rd Prize | Piano | 7th Edition | ENKOR Int'l Music Competition


Ethan Lin started playing piano at the age of five under the tutelage of Rose Chen, and is a current sophomore at Saratoga High School. Ethan has been an active member of C'est Bon Chamber Music Academy, performing in numerous masterclasses. Previously, Ethan was honored 2nd place for best Brahms performance in the International Great Composers competition, as well as 3rd place for best Prokofiev Performance. He was also a 1st Place winner of the Encore Piano Solo Competition. In addition, Ethan also gave back to the community through partnership with the non-profit organization, Music for Minors, to create a Gift of Music recital. Most notably, Ethan has performed at the prestigious Carnegie Hall as a recipient of the 3rd prize award in the American Protégé International Piano Competition. Besides playing music, he enjoys playing volleyball and loves to write.
