Grace Peng, studying piano with David Fung, is the youngest winner of the Ruth Kern Concerto Competition and the Steinway Prodigy Competition. She also won the Montecito International Music Festival Piano Competition, the Atlanta Music Club Scholarship Auditions, Georgia Music Teachers Association Auditions, and was a finalist for the 2019 Lee University and Osaka International Piano Competitions. In her early years, she studied piano with Elena Cholakova and Raffi Besalyan. Recently, she has worked with Peter Tackacs, Fabio Bidini, Natalya Antonova, Anne Schien, Alan Chow and John Perry, and Chun-Chieh Yen. She is also an avid chamber musician, as the pianist of the Sycamore Piano Trio, a winner of the 2020 Franklin Pond Chamber Music Competition as well as a substantial part Chamber Music Society at her school, performing locally for senior and foster homes. Grace is a sophomore at Northview High School and enjoys eating pizza in her spare time.
