Letian Lei is a 9th-grade student, started playing piano when he was five years old. His favorite pianists are Mozart and Liszt. He is currently a student at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music Precollege studying with Meikui Matsushima. He is a flutist at California Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, Senior Orchestra.
