Catherine Cheng is a high school flutist and a junior attending White Station High School. She started playing flute under Myung Kim when she was 12 and has since been a National YoungArts Winner, recipient of the Lois Pickard Concerto Competition Scholarship, first chair for the Tennessee All-State Blue Band, and more. Currently, she plays in the Memphis Youth Symphony Orchestra. Outside of flute, Catherine enjoys speech and debate, working out, and keeping up with F1.
