Belinda Zhu,11 years old from Powell, OH, has been an accomplished pianist since the age of five. She has earned numerous accolades in state, national, and international piano competitions. Some of her most notable achievements include being a prize winner in the MTNA Ohio Junior Piano Performance, earning Silver and Bronze prizes in the Piano Star International Piano Competition Grand Final, and receiving the Distinct Award (Group II) at the 31st Szafarnia International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition for Children. She was also honored with the Judge’s Distinct Award at the American Protégé International Piano and Strings Competition at the age of 6.
