Seungyoun Han | 1st prize | Piano | 12th Edition | ENKOR Int'l Music Competition


Seungyoun Han started learning the piano and violin at the age of six. His formal musical training took off at Westminster Abbey Choir School as a chorister. He performed to world leaders including King Charles and Pope Benedict XVI. At the age of 12, he won the Choir Schools' Association Composition Competition.

He went on to study at Lancing College as a Walter Stanton Music Scholar, was the leader of the Symphony Orchestra and left with numerous prizes. He studied with Adrian West and Mateusz Duda, while also as First Violinist of the National Children’s Chamber Orchestra of Great Britain.

Seungyoun graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music under the tutelage of Frank Wibaut. He has since continued to deliver solo recitals at prestigious venues across the UK and beyond.
