Trio Elisio | 2nd Prize | Chamber Music | 11th Edition | ENKOR Int'l Music Competition

The Trio Elisio is made up of three members: Jacob Lee (Piano), Seojeong Huh (Clarinet), and Kristen Kim (Cello). They came together as a group of close friends, bonded by their shared love for music. Their musical journey began while performing music for senior facilities and participating in the Portland Youth Philharmonic, where they found joy and inspiration in playing music together. Motivated by their shared passions, they decided to form their own trio ensemble. Winning first prize at the OMTA Maude Saradam Collaborative Scholarship competition in 2024 was a thrilling achievement for them, affirming their dedication and hard work. Additionally, they were awarded first place in the Charleston International Music Competition 2024 in the 20th Century Chamber Music category. Now, they are eager to perform on broader stages and explore a diverse repertoire of music.
